Job Title: Support Worker for Older Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in delivering high-quality care to residents in a community setting.

About the Role:

  • To provide person-centred care, meeting the identified needs of our residents and enabling them to enjoy optimal independence in a home-like environment.
  • Prior experience caring for older people is preferred, and attainment of a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is required.
  • National Police Clearance, Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency, evidence of good team building, interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and write simple reports in English is essential, as well as NSW Full Driver Licence and ability to drive an Auto Toyota HiAce van.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in community aged care is preferred
  • English language skills are preferred
  • Certificate III in Individual Support is required
