Job Overview:

The ACAS Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive assessments and care plans for older individuals.

This dynamic team is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, with ongoing education and clinical supervision.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or physiotherapy, with full registration or eligibility for membership of the relevant Australian professional body.
  • Proven communication skills, with ability to use Microsoft Office Programs, electronic patient record systems, and e-Learning sites.
  • Detailed knowledge of My Aged Care, related aged care programs, and services, with ability to assess and support both routine and complex presentations.
