Empowering Older Adults Support Worker

Job Overview
As a vital member of our aged care team, you will play a crucial role in empowering older adults to live independently at home. You will deliver high-quality support through personalized services such as household tasks, personal care, transport, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Offer transport to appointments and shopping
- Prepare meals
- Engage in social support and companionship activities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desired but not essential)
