Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve service excellence and support the growth of our centre
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standard and the Education and Care Services National Law
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and the broader community
- Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood setting
- Fantastic, above-award hourly rates and work-life balance
