About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where young minds can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community.
Requirements
- Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
- Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
