About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart New Lambton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Director to provide high-quality early learning and care to our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care services
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
  • Assume responsibility for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement and utilize the Goodstart Practice Guide to drive continuous improvement
