We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader in the Early Childhood Industry who strives to excel and leads by example, setting high industry standards for their team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and manage a team of educators, ensuring optimal performance and staff retention.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to maintain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies and the broader community.
