Job Overview

You will be responsible for the retention, growth and profitability of a portfolio of key SME accounts.

This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development in conjunction with the Growth team, and expanding the breadth of Marsh products and services to our clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Maximise team and account profitability

This role involves taking ownership of your assigned accounts, building strong relationships with decision makers and driving revenue growth. You will need to stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity and customer needs in order to deliver exceptional service and achieve your targets.

Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a portfolio of SME clients
  • Technical skills on key General Insurance classes
  • Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business functions
  • Excellent working relationships with insurers and underwriting partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills
