Business Advisory Manager

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence and leadership within your team. You will oversee the management of a client portfolio worth $1 million, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include workflow and team management, as well as mentoring and reviewing work completed by tax and business services accountants.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent degree, along with CA or CPA qualification. A minimum of 7 years of experience gained in an Australian public practice accounting firm is also essential. You should have experience working with clients having high turnovers and multiple entities, and be proficient in MYOB AE and Xero. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are also necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent degree

  • Minimum 7 years compliance and advisory services experience gained in an Australian public practice accounting firm
  • Experience working with clients with high turnovers and multiple entities
