Senior Portfolio Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our projects. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation where collaboration and creativity thrive.
Cultivating a strong portfolio culture is crucial to achieving our objectives. You will be responsible for guiding teams towards goals that promote safety, inclusivity, and productivity.
Consistently evaluating and refining solutions is essential to ensuring the success of our projects. You will assume accountability for project decisions and results, as well as proactively managing social, environmental, and commercial impacts across the project lifecycle.
Building and sustaining effective stakeholder relationships is vital to our success. You will engage with Engineering, Governance, and Projects stakeholders through ongoing dialogue and transparent communication.
You will oversee project resources, including personnel, and portfolio risks while developing and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies.
Regular updates on portfolio and project performance, as well as progress on remediation actions, will be provided to Senior Management.
Delivering projects using multiple frameworks, including waterfall and Agile, is expected with industry certifications (PMP, PtMP, MoP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP).
