Data Centre Cost Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Cost Manager to support our projects in Sydney. This role will involve working closely with our team to deliver cost estimates, quantity take-offs, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claims and variation assessments, and final account close-outs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present cost plans, including estimating and cost planning
  • Measure all building elements for cost planning purposes
  • Engage with the market to obtain quotations and pricing for cost estimates
  • Manage progress claims and variation assessments and valuations

We are looking for an individual with 5-7 years of post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with AIQS or RICS membership or on the pathway to membership. Experience with CostX is preferred, but not essential. Data Centre experience is ideal but not required. Good communication skills are essential.
