Job Role

The Associate/Senior Cost Manager will support Data Centre projects in Sydney, focusing on post-contract activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing senior cost management support across all project aspects, including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation.
  • Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
  • Measuring all building elements for cost planning.
  • Engaging with the market to obtain quotations/pricing to support cost estimates.
  • Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Quantity Surveying or related degree.
  • 5-7 years of post-graduate experience.
  • AIQS or RICS membership or currently on the pathway to membership.
  • Experience with CostX is preferred.
  • Data Centre experience is ideal but not required.
  • Good communication skills.
