Job Title

A Creative Leader is needed to shape the brand experience in-store and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, creative vision, and leadership skills.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires someone who can develop and execute in-store brand strategies aligned to business goals. The role involves owning the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environments, partnering with teams to translate campaigns into engaging in-store executions, and leading the delivery of promotional activations.

The successful candidate will work across multiple teams, including Creative, Commercial, Marketing, and Store, to build immersive customer experiences that meet business objectives. They will also be responsible for tracking effectiveness of in-store campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings people together, and knows how to turn vision into execution.

About You
  • You have 10+ years' experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or brand experience.
  • You have at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally across multi-site operations.
  • You have a proven track record of building brand environments from scratch or scaling new concepts.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and understand ROI.
  • You are able to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity.
