ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Store Manager at Reebok Moorabbin, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive store performance, and bring the Reebok brand to life on the shop floor. You'll take ownership of all store operations, including team development, visual merchandising, stock management, and sales results, while fostering a positive and energetic team culture.

This role is perfect for a retail leader who's passionate about sport, performance, and empowering others to reach their full potential.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales and KPIs to meet and exceed store targets
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Reebok brand
• Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, rostering, and reporting
• Overseeing stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role (Store Manager or Assistant Manager level)
• Passionate about sport, fitness, and empowering others through performance-driven products
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Results-focused with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in managing store operations, stock, and visual merchandising
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
