About the Role

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to General Managers and project teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, team collaboration, and facilities management.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and teams.
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and team engagement activities.
  • Support onboarding, document compliance, and internal communications.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and formatting project documentation.
  • Liaise between internal staff and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple, concurrent tasks and projects with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and service.
  • Taking initiative to continuously improve processes for ongoing effectiveness of the department and company.
  • Developing solutions-oriented approaches to challenges with the ability to analyse issues, determine approach, and drive positive-change recommendations.
  • Fostering collaborative team environments with a focus on proactive communication, relationship building skills, and resiliency.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Proven experience in high-level administration, senior leadership support, and facilities management in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter mindset that takes initiative to continuously improve processes.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to challenges with the ability to analyse issues and drive positive-change recommendations.
  • Aptitude for working in collaborative team environments with a focus on proactive communication, relationship building skills, and resiliency.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools.
