Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

As a Purchasing Officer, you will provide administrative support across procurement, travel, events, and office operations. You will accurately raise and process purchase requisitions, verify invoices promptly, and manage goods receipting to guarantee timely processing of financial transactions.

You will also assist in setting up new suppliers within the finance system, maintain accurate records of third-party suppliers managed via contracts or legal instruments, and support travel planning by booking flights, accommodation, events, transportation, and managing related logistics for the team.

Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and contractors, provide high-level administrative support to senior management, and perform credit card transaction processing, policy review planning, audit tracking, meeting preparation, and event organisation.

We are looking for someone with proven experience providing high-quality administrative support within a busy office environment, proficiency in MS Office 365, strong organisational abilities, time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, pride in contributing positively toward shared team goals, and a willingness to learn new business productivity tools or technologies quickly as processes evolve.
