Position Overview

Are you prepared to take on a rewarding challenge with Kyndryl? We seek a proactive individual to transform customer management, stimulate account expansion, and boost profitability. In this role, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, demonstrating Kyndryl's capabilities, and building trust with senior executives. This position transcends mere maintenance of existing accounts.

Responsibilities as a Customer Partner:

  • You will spearhead proactive account development, concentrating on both acquiring new business and reducing churn in renewals.
  • Your strategic acumen will be vital in crafting and implementing innovative account strategies to enhance and retain Kyndryl's most significant accounts. You will pinpoint new opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver customized solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will ensure a smooth management process from initial outreach to deal closure. You will oversee one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing engagements.
  • By fostering a robust go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you will elevate Kyndryl's success.
  • Your industry knowledge will keep Kyndryl at the forefront. You will provide innovative solutions, positioning us as a leader in the market.
  • As the steward of the account P&L, you will guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance, upholding an excellent reputation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years of experience managing account P&L within the FSS industry.
  • Experience collaborating with service firms, system integrators, or complex service platform providers.
  • Profound understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Extensive experience overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Proven history of revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and risk evaluation.
  • An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
