Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client service and support by preparing information, facilitating meetings, and managing records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting packs for clients and facilitate pre, during, and post-meeting activities.
  • Record Management: Update client records to ensure minimum information and data recording standards are met.
  • Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of recommendations and record FTSA/CSA contracts.
  • Client Support: Manage the scheduling and confirming of client meetings, prepare documentation, and provide support for day-to-day client queries regarding product/strategy review requirements.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Foster professional, genuine, and meaningful connections with clients to build confidence and trust.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to support clients and sustainably run the practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience working in financial services, preferably providing support to financial advisers.
  • Industry Qualifications: Industry qualifications, such as RG146, advantageous.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of advice industry regulations and legislation, products, and strategies advantageous.
