Customer Service Representative Wanted
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
- Offer directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Promote and sell our services
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Flexibility to work shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
This is a seasonal casual role that offers a great opportunity to be part of our team during the festive season. You will have the chance to work across our Westfield destinations and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
