About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to support our customers through every step of their journey. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver tailored solutions through exceptional service and expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Utilise digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints.

You will also bring:

  • A proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable interactions.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
