Job Overview

Our organization seeks an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, providing product recommendations, and serving as a subject-matter expert for our frontline teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Convert customers into loyal advocates by recommending products and technology that meet their needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to our frontline teams, answering questions and addressing concerns.
About You

To excel in this role, you will possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a determination to exceed expectations, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this position.

Previous experience in customer service or call-centre roles, along with proficiency in data entry and administration, including Excel and CRM systems, is preferred.

A high level of written communication skills is also required.
