
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services
- Process orders promptly and accurately in line with company policy and procedures
- Ensure any follow-up action for customers is organised to meet deadlines
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service
Requirements:
- Two to three years' experience in a customer service role or a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to learn technical knowledge of Hager products
- Ability to maturely deal with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Strong customer-orientation and service-thinking
