The Event Coordinator role involves supporting the Marketing team for both internal and external purposes, partnering with leaders to meet creative, marketing, brand, and business objectives.

Key areas of responsibility include managing brand activations, supporting social channels, and collaborating on events.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with regional teams to grow a well-known brand through campaigns, events, social media, and community relationships
- Support the daily activities of the Marketing Manager and execute the marketing event strategy across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage customer relations for Organic Social channels, ensuring engagement and reach
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community members within relevant pursuits through events
- Coordinate and organize teams to deliver engaging trade and consumer events across ANZ
- Research and align with relevant brands by supporting events and integrating products

**Qualifications and Attributes:**

- A degree in Event Management, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in brand event management within a retail brand
- Passion for the brand and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the outdoor retail industry
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, highly motivated self-starter
