We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our administration team on a part-time basis. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience during their care.
About the Opportunity
John Fawkner Private Hospital, a fully accredited 186-bed acute care facility, is looking for a skilled Receptionist to manage our reception desk, handle various administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle various administrative tasks, including managing a busy reception desk, meeting and greeting patients/guests, answering and redirecting calls, and managing patient appointments.
- Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visits, maintain accurate record management, and perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing.
Requirements
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Minimum 1 year of medical administration or reception experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
