Job Title: Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our lawyers and clients, including diary management, document preparation, and correspondence drafting.
  • Manage incoming calls and new enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, affidavits, letters, and emails, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, printing, and photocopying, as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a legal administration role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
