Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, service quality, and sales through remote channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
  • Foster a client-centric culture, emphasizing understanding client preferences, anticipating needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and sales in key categories.
  • Learn and master product knowledge; stay up-to-date on company and department initiatives.
  • Empower the team to take ownership of client concerns and challenging situations, ensuring effective resolution while upholding high service standards.
  • Represent the organization professionally, embodying its values in all interactions.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor talented individuals, securing succession plans in partnership with leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A client-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
