Job Title: Product Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Leader to drive the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading product development initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and engineer innovative electrical circuits and components for products like LED light bars and auxiliary lights.
  • Develop and test prototypes, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues from development through field testing, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturers to optimize system performance and reduce costs.
  • Document technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and produce installation guides for end-users and installation teams.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively use our products.
  • Evaluate new technologies and customer feedback to enhance product features and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in automotive electrical systems, circuit design, and diagnostics.
  • Experience in product development, including prototyping, testing, and launch planning.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
