Job Title: Insurance and Product Development Leader**About the Job**The Reinsurance and Product Development Lead is a pivotal role within our Risk, Insurance and Claims Solutions (RICS) division. As part of our Product Centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-priority product or solution development opportunities.**Key Responsibilities Include:**
  • Coordinate the development of risk transfer solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support data gathering and analysis to inform risk transfer decisions and product design.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and processes to manage the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design, negotiation, and placement of reinsurance programs, including the creation of reinsurance presentations and underwriting data.
  • Monitor reinsurance performance, ensuring alignment with capital management objectives and product requirements.
  • Support reinsurance-related reporting, administration, and major recovery activity as required.
  • Lead the delivery of annual premium and cover benchmarking.
