Job Title

A leader in product development, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans in accordance with customer requirements and manage projects effectively to meet scope, timeframes, and budget standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and ensure their needs are met throughout the product development process.
  • Analyse the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback to management on cost benefits and profitability.
  • Oversee project purchasing, negotiate price and payment agreements with vendors, and manage resources and materials as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, anticipate future project details, and communicate directly with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 & 9001 regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in communicating with and evaluating local and offshore suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
