Senior Product Development Leader

We seek an experienced Senior Product Development Leader to craft and execute product roadmaps for Investments and Superannuation offerings.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate and drive product strategy, with a focus on direct investments.
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Investments and Superannuation offerings.
- Design customer-centric propositions that align with regulatory requirements and market needs.
- Research market trends and competitors; position offers in-market effectively.
- Maintain the ongoing health and governance of the product suite and cross-functional delivery.
- Proven experience in product development within wealth management or investment platforms.
- Familiarity with IDPS/Wrap platforms is highly regarded.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and customer disclosure materials is essential.
- Strong ability to engage cross-functionally and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Commercial acumen and analytical mindset are required.
- An undergraduate degree is necessary; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
