Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our product development team.

Job Description:

This role requires a collaborative leader who can drive teams and motivate them to deliver high-quality results. The successful candidate will have experience in engineering or industrial design, project management capacity, ability to work with and drive teams, experience working in R&D or research-based projects, and experience working with overseas factories to develop products.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving teams and delivering high-quality results, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, and results-driven and focused on achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Product Design and Engineering to develop project requirements and goals
  • Motivate and excite teams to work on projects, ensuring clear communication about project status and progress
  • Break down complex projects into manageable milestones and subgoals
  • Determine project resourcing and assign tasks to team members
  • Build team morale through strong rapport, clear communication, and shared purpose
  • Ensure project momentum by checking in regularly and identifying blockers
  • Regularly check in with the Head of Product Design and Engineering to keep them informed about project status
  • Be willing to put your hand up and say "Yes" to getting the job done when faced with difficult goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering or industrial design
  • Experience in project management capacity
  • Ability to work with and drive teams
  • Experience working in R&D or research-based projects
  • Experience working with overseas factories to develop products
