As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and confidently in their own homes. Our team of dedicated caregivers work collaboratively to ensure our clients receive exceptional care.
The Role- This casual position is based in Lytton, QLD, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
- You will be responsible for supporting our clients' daily needs, promoting social inclusion, and fostering strong relationships.
- We seek reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who can provide high-quality care as a Support Worker.
- A proactive attitude, genuine interest in helping others, and various hobbies such as sewing, arts, gardening, cooking, and scrapbooking are highly valued.
- Experience in outdoor pursuits, hygiene assistance, and commitment to care are also essential.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
- Current First aid Certificate.
- Valid NDIS screening check clearance and National Driver Licence.
- Experience in Personal care and working with children having disabilities.
