About the Lifestyle Support Worker Role
You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently, enhancing their mental wellbeing and confidence by connecting them with their community.
The role involves working one-on-one in the homes and communities of our recipients, providing support to help them achieve their goals.
The shifts offered provide flexibility for different lifestyles and commitments, including day, night, and weekend work.
As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you may assist recipients with daily tasks such as cleaning and organisation, preparing healthy meals or maintaining their yard.
A key aspect of the role is supporting recipients to improve their confidence accessing the community and engaging in activities that promote personal growth.
To be Successful: You must possess a positive attitude, effective communication skills, computer literacy, accuracy in record management, experience working in a team environment, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to follow policies and procedures at all times.
Additional Requirements: A current minimum P1 qualification is required.
