Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead initiatives related to wholesale energy regulation.

  • The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end management of change initiatives, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • This includes developing and executing comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial to assess the impact of regulatory changes and devise effective implementation strategies.

  • Meticulous evaluation of the effectiveness of change initiatives is also required, leveraging key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
