Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and key opportunities within the digital grid ecosystem.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Expand relationships with utilities, regulators, partners, and industry collaborators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Support strategy and direction of proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Identify key relationships with customers and industry to manage and maintain.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge and experience in transmission system planning and operating studies, and power system performance analyses.
- Understanding of grid connection procedures and grid codes, and experience working with ISO/TSO, utilities, and developers.
- Understanding of digital grid technologies, including overhead line monitoring, grid automation systems, and intelligent substation or transmission equipment.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering presentations and proposals to technical and non-technical audiences.
