Resident Care Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lead Aged Care Professional. As a key leader in our organisation, you'll play a special role in shaping the future of aged care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with clinical expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You'll draw on your experience to improve every aspect of their wellbeing, ensuring they receive exceptional care and support.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can nurture relationships with residents and their families, develop the skills of carers and nurses, oversee the clinic, and contribute to the development of clinical care programs.
- Nurture relationships with residents and their family members.
- Develop the skills of the next generation of carers and nurses.
- Oversee the clinic, ensuring efficient stock levels and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of clinical care programs, always seeking ways to improve.
You'll be responsible for managing teams and budgets, ensuring the smooth operation of the home. Your strong background in Aged Care will enable you to provide expert guidance and support to staff.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
- Experience in managing teams and budgets.
- A strong background in Aged Care.
