
Aged Care Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Care Director.
- This is an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff management and resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of carers and nurses to ensure the highest standard of resident care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and reports.
- Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
- Experience in managing people and budgets.
- A background in Aged Care.
