We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Care Director.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff management and resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carers and nurses to ensure the highest standard of resident care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and reports.
  • Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
  • Experience in managing people and budgets.
  • A background in Aged Care.
