Commercial Dispute Resolution Lead

A high-calibre professional is sought to lead the day-to-day management of multiple litigation proceedings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial disputes and exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with external legal providers and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with external counsel and internal teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop comprehensive case briefs to inform decision-making and drive results

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Victorian civil litigation, preferably with a focus on commercial disputes
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain the highest standards of professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Current practising certificate and eligibility to live and work in Australia
