Key Role in Commercial Litigation Team

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team and play a key role in managing complex commercial disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to leverage their expertise in contract law, corporate/transactional disputes, property and real estate litigation, regulatory investigations, and strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk management.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-disciplined professional with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for working collaboratively with clients and colleagues alike. They will have the ability to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and high-profile commercial disputes, including contractual and corporate/transactional disputes, property and real estate litigation, regulatory investigations, and strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk management
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on dispute resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective case management plans
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform case strategy and advocacy
