Job Overview:

The Dispute Resolution and Restructuring practice seeks a skilled commercial lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE to collaborate with leading partners in Melbourne.

  • The successful candidate will work on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring matters.
  • Our team consists of experienced litigation lawyers who leverage the resources, knowledge, and expertise of our global firm's world-class Dispute Resolution practice.
About the Role:
  • Applicants must have 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation (restructuring experience is valued but not essential).
  • Relevant experience in a top-tier or international law firm is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills, as well as a client-centric approach.
  • Business development aptitude and interest are highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication, and legal research skills are required.
