Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a lawyer with 2 - 4 years' PQE to join our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

  • Advise and represent clients in all matters associated with complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency.
  • Work with leading Partners on high-profile cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of others through mentoring and sharing experiences.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced litigators to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  • Provide expert advice on complex commercial disputes and litigation.
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years' PQE in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued but not a pre-requisite).
  • Relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm (preferred).
  • Strong client service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
  • Business development aptitude, interest, and experience.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication, and legal research skills.
  • A commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
