Human Resources Manager Position

The role of Human Resources Manager is to lead and support the HR team in driving process excellence, making an impact, and ensuring seamless execution of the employee lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end employee administration lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and all related tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications.
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records.
  • Oversee onboarding compliance checks and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

In order to be successful as a Human Resources Manager, you should have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar HR management role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and NES.
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
