Job Opportunity

The HR Advisor will collaborate with managers to provide expert guidance and support, ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborating with dedicated portfolio managers to provide expert HR advice and support.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting contracts and facilitating inductions.
  • Guiding leaders through workforce planning, onboarding, probation reviews, and employee exits.
  • Providing timely advice on HR policies, procedures, Modern Awards, and employment matters.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as performance reviews, absences, and probation periods.
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate position descriptions and workforce planning documentation.
  • Managing return-to-work processes and injury claims in line with legal standards and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the Learning & Development Manager to deliver compliance training programs.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives focused on retention, recognition, and development.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, generating HR reports, and improving HR systems functionality.

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
