Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide expert consultancy and advisory services to senior management.

  • Influence workforce management by developing innovative approaches that drive organisational success.
  • Lead people projects to enhance employee engagement, policy setting, and departmental culture.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing HR advisory services, including advising on legislative requirements, classification management, and performance management.

  • Proven ability to work under limited direction, exercise high-level initiative and judgement, and respond positively to new ideas and changing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyse, and summarise information, and develop strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-focused expert advice to senior executives on complex HR management to support business objectives.
  • Management, mentoring, coaching, and guidance on HR matters to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Develop, implement, promote, and evaluate innovative HR projects and policies to achieve workforce management objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Significant experience in HR advisory services, including legislative and policy requirements, classification management, and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and respond positively to new ideas and changing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and summarise information effectively.
