HR Advisor Job Description

We're seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.

Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries including:

  • Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries
  • Support for people or leader issues
  • Performance management issues
  • Remuneration and recognition support
  • Support the job change and internal transfer process
  • Learning/training course advice and administration
  • Support HR Projects team in various people related projects and initiatives
  • Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management including performance management, and absenteeism
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR services to internal customers
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters
  3. Support the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  4. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
