Job Role

We are seeking skilled Coffee Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Specialty Coffee environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages using the best brewing equipment available. Your duties will include:

  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining clean and sanitized coffee equipment and utensils at all times.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista.
  • A positive attitude and ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Knowledge of Specialty Coffee is highly regarded.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
