Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for GSI partner growth, focusing on forecast, bookings, and revenue development.
  • Lead a team towards accelerated revenue expansion within the GSI segment.
  • Foster key relationships with executives at strategic partners.
  • Guide our offerings from product management to product marketing, scaling them through global sales support.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles.
  • A deep understanding of the GSI sector.
  • Proven commercial acumen encompassing revenue and margin optimization.
  • Effective leadership and presentation skills.
  • Insight into open source technologies, Ubuntu, and competitor landscapes.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • An autonomous, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.

We consider geographical location, experience, and performance when determining compensation worldwide. Compensation is reviewed annually to ensure recognition of outstanding performance.

This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing it to be based in either the Americas or EMEA regions.
