Growth & Marketing Director / Chief Marketing Officer

Job Description

This role is for a Growth and Marketing Director to lead the growth engine behind fast-growing businesses. The director will be responsible for building high-performing teams, creating and executing marketing strategies, and driving growth across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead high-performing teams in growth, content, product marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple businesses and brands.
  • Design and run demand generation campaigns, including warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, paid ads, and lead funnels.
  • Own brand architecture, including strategy, positioning, and key messaging for all brands.
  • Establish a high-quality content production engine across target media and platforms.
  • Drive sales effectiveness, increase win rates, and grow share-of-wallet through customer marketing programs and employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience driving growth marketing in high-performance environments with a strong track record of building internal teams. They will be commercially obsessed, data-driven, and hungry to build a world-class operation.
