Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all culinary and daily operational functions within a high-volume commercial production kitchen.
- Direct the senior leadership group to meet objectives and drive business growth.
- Mentor and lead kitchen managers, including Executive Chef and Exec Sous Chefs.
- Ensure accuracy for all recipes and menus, prepared and finished to customer presentation and specification standards.
- Plan and forecast manpower requirements, manage budget, and drive cost efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, using feedback and satisfaction scores to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in managing large commercial food service operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 200+ personnel.
- Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&Ls.
- High level of leadership agility, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven and ambitious, with a 'management by doing' approach.
