Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals at Pickett's Deli & Rotisserie, Melbourne Airport. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menu strategies to ensure the highest quality dishes that reflect our brand standards.
- Manage kitchen operations to achieve financial goals and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards across all back-of-house operations.
- Lead a diverse team of chefs and cooks by recruiting, training, and developing their skills and abilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma of Hospitality or higher.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
